Not much is known about The Jacob Files except that it is a Slender Man [1] ARG and its plot. It is about Reagan who claims to be Jacobs closest friend and after Jacob goes missing Reagan gets Jacob's old camera and uses it to help him find Jacob and post all the evidence that he finds on his YouTube channel labeled as Files. So fair there is only one possible antagonist named Red Hood. Red Hood gets his name from the picture he is seen in on Jacob's camera titled redhood.jpg in which Red Hood looks like he is looking for some one possible Jacob.
