DefectiveHelix (abbreviated DefHel) is a Slender Man-based youtube and twitter ARE, revolving around a main character with little-to-no memory of creating the channel or the videos place prior to the introduction. The main character, known only at the moment as "N", had decided to post videos relating to his experiences within the past 6 months before the introduction video. Although a mystery as to the events preceding the use of this channel, there are multiple videos up depicting various scenes with largely used video distortion, possibly being posted by a separate entity or multiple entities.
